Verba, by Elden Studios · Effective June 10, 2026
Verba collects no data. None. The app's App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected," and this page explains exactly what that means.
Your intention, your journal pages, your kept lights, your photos on the vision board, your practice history — all of it is stored only on your iPhone, in the app's local database. Verba has no servers, no accounts, no sign-in, and makes no network connections to us or to anyone else. We cannot read your words; nobody can.
Verba contains no analytics, no advertising frameworks, no crash-reporting services, and no third-party SDKs. We do not collect usage data, identifiers, or diagnostics of any kind.
Verba Pro is sold through Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Your payment is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy; Verba only learns whether the purchase is active — never who you are.
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device by iOS. Their content (your own words) never leaves your phone.
Vision-board photos are chosen with Apple's photo picker, which shares only the images you select. They are stored on-device, and images you export or share are re-rendered without location or other photo metadata.
Cards, wallpapers, and journal exports leave your phone only when you explicitly share or save them, through Apple's share sheet, to the destination you choose.
Your journal is included in your normal iPhone backup (iCloud or computer), under Apple's backup encryption and policies. Verba itself sends nothing to iCloud.
Verba is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Since Verba collects nothing, we expect little to change.
