No. Credits are a one-time purchase and stay on your account until you use them. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
The model that animates the face accepts up to about 30 seconds of audio, so each video is capped near that. The app shows you the length as you write, so you know before you start.
Usually a minute or two. It can occasionally take considerably longer when the service is busy. You can leave the app while it works — the video finishes on our side and will be waiting in your library.
No. Credits are only deducted when a video is successfully delivered. A failed render costs you nothing, and you can tap Retry on the video to run it again.
Avatalk no longer sells subscriptions — it now uses one-time credit packs. If you still have an active subscription it keeps working, and each renewal adds credits to your balance automatically. You can cancel any time in the Subscriptions section of your iPhone Settings.
Open the menu, go to Settings, and choose the option to delete your data. That removes the face photos held on our servers.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them rather than us — visit reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong in the app, email us as well and we'll help.
